Q: how much hair do i need?
A: If you are getting a frontal sew in and or frontal ponytail be sure to purchase a frontal and 3 bundles
Q: can i color my extensions/wig?
A: Yes, all of our hair is 100% human hair and can lift up to 7 levels (golden blonde) but we recommend that you consult a professional hair colorist. Click here to book your studio appointment
Q: How long does this hair last?
A: With proper care, our hair frontals and bundles may last between six months and one year. Our wigs are designed to last for years.
Q: what are the maintenance instructions?
A: Co-washing is the go-to method for proper maintenance of hair extensions. Including this cleansing technique in your hair care regimen allows for the ease of care when wearing hair extensions. Doing so will keep your bundles looking flawless.
Q: how can i get a refund?
A: Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final and we do not give refunds.
Q: can i make changes to my order?
A: Generally there is a 48-hour grace period for exchanges. If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us and make sure to include your order number.
